With over 12 years of working in the strength and fitness industry, Coach Pac has been around enough to see the roots of REAL strength training emerging once again. In essence, Coach Pac thinks your big box gym sucks, and the "training" provided sucks even more.
"Big box gyms are too soft. The people are too soft. The owners are too soft. Everyone wants to make everyone else happy.
Coach Pac believes in training at an intensity high enough to release your primal instincts. In other words, testosterone is good.
Beyond his strength and conditioning experience, Coach Pac brings seventeen years of martial arts study including, Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do and Kung Fu.
